Property Rent Monitoring

Many Landlords lose valuable rental income through a failure of the tenant to pay their rent on time. SCK Group will establish on your behalf a dedicated bank account for rent receipts from your tenant. SCK Group have a member of staff who is dedicated to monitoring receipts into landlord rental accounts on a daily basis and will have viewing access only to this account. SCK Group will

• Establish the bank rental account
• Monitor payments to this account on the day following payment due date
• Follow up immediately and pursue tenants where payment is not received
• Take action where necessary for failure to meet rental commitments
